JANESVILLE, WI. (Dec. 29, 2021) – Johnson Tractor is excited to announce that effective January 1, 2022, Eric Reuterskiold will be moving into the role as Johnson Tractor President and CEO with the retirement of Leo Johnson. Leo started with Clinton Implement in 1978 as a retail sales person.

In 1980, he became part owner of Johnson Tractor and has been President since 1986. Over the last forty three years, Leo has grown Johnson Tractor from a single store to five locations in Wisconsin and Illinois. Eric Reuterskiold has worked for Johnson Tractor since 1993 and has worked in a variety of different positions over the years touching nearly every aspect of the business. Eric’s most recent role was Operations Manager for the complex. “I have had the pleasure to work with Leo for almost three decades, I could not have asked for a better mentor and visionary leader.” said Eric. “Our next generation of leaders is enthusiastic and ready to continue the legacy of providing our Land to Lawn customers with the best solutions to make them more efficient and profitable.”

In addition, Matt Kuelz will become Johnson Tractor’s new Director of Service. For the past eleven years, Matt’s role has been the Janesville Service Manager and prior to that he worked in the parts department. He has exceeded all expectations and performed at a high level, while taking on additional responsibilities. His commitment and dedication to taking care of the customer and our employees exemplify what Johnson Tractor is all about.

Furthermore, Riley Reuterskiold will be transitioning into the Service Manager position in Janesville. Riley has been working as a technician in Janesville for four years and has shown excellent leadership skills throughout his time with Johnson Tractor. “Matt and Riley bring great knowledge and experience to their new roles and will continue our reputation of superior service in our industry,” said Eric Reuterskiold.
